At Fizzies, we want every adventure to be magical! If something goes wrong with your order, here’s how we can help:

Damaged Items

If your goods arrive damaged, you must keep all packaging (including shipping packaging) for reference. We will need a photo of the full box/parcel and any damage to the packaging. We will also need evidence (photos) of how the items were packed. Please reach out to us before disposing of any packaging. You will not be eligible for a refund if this evidence is not available.

To request a refund or replacement please follow the below process;

1. Email jess@fizzies.com.au within 48 hours of delivery;

2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos;

3. Goods must be in original condition and proof of purchase provided;

4. You may be issued a return address of where to return your damaged goods, and they must be received back within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date, in the condition they originally arrived in, to be eligible for either a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price.

5. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

6. We are unable to refund freight/shipping charges.

Change-of-Mind or Incorrect Orders

Because our kits are handmade, consumable, and unique:

  • We cannot accept change-of-mind returns;

  • Please check your order carefully before completing checkout;

  • If you receive the wrong item due to our error, we’ll replace it free of charge.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit once marked delivered by the carrier.

  • Please double-check your shipping details;

  • Contact your carrier if a parcel goes missing;

  • If we made an error, we’ll work with you to resolve it.

How Refunds Are Processed

  • Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original purchase;

  • Allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account;

  • We will always communicate with you along the way to make it simple and

    stress-free.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping plus the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you qualified for free shipping on your order, you will be refunded minus the flat shipping rate at the time of purchase.
