Hi! I’m Jess. A mum of two, lover of childhood wonder, and the creator of Fizzies - a little world where imagination comes to life.

I’m a passionate advocate for unhurried childhoods (and parenthoods!) and I’m always looking for moments to slow down with my kids. We love to turn loungeroom cubbies into twinkling hideaways, search for fairy homes in the rain and create sensory magic in the garden.

I want my kids to remember days that felt like a big exhale when the world was moving so fast. A time where they learned that enchantment lives where we look for it and that anything can happen.

Fizzies was created to help families find those moments of wonder together. For me, that’s magic and it’s what I sprinkle into everything I create.

  • The tiny spark of Fizzies appeared on a rainy afternoon in 2022. We stumbled across a park where toys and teddies had been hidden in the trees during Covid lockdowns. Tiny fairies peeked from hollows, and giant bears dangled from branches. We ran around searching, kids squealing, noses red from the cold. It felt like the world had paused while we ran free in our own winter wonderland. It’s one of my favourite memories…my kids still talk about it!

    That’s when I knew I wanted to bottle up that feeling of delight and send it out into the world. I imagined Sparkle Hollow, a secret, enchanted forest brimming with magic, adventure, and wacky creatures where the magic is made...and then I created it in my dining room! Every Fizzies kit is a tiny doorway to that world. I’ve spent countless hours dreaming up stories, playful characters, and magical experiences for families to explore together.

    Playing with a Fizzies kit is more than just play. It’s time spent in nature, wandering, discovering, problem solving, imagining, and connecting with the people you love. Little adventures that spark curiosity, resilience, and wonder.

    All our kits are lovingly hand-crafted in Western Australia with gentle, non-toxic ingredients, and packaged with the planet in mind. Safe for little hands, kind to the Earth, and always made with care.
